Does it get that cold in Brisbane? It's quite a bit up north compared to places like Sydney and Melbourne.

Its not very cold. Thats nice warm weather - perfect really. Its better than in Chicago, where anything more than 40 (Fahrenheit) is considered good weather (more than 8 months <= 40 *sigh*) .
