Nova Posted December 11, 2010 Posted December 11, 2010 Thanks everyone for appreciating it! Banner is superb and is working fine in my IE as well as Chrome. But why only three styles? Or rather just two for PCs and Lap tops? Why were other styles like flag etc removed? I see everything. You still cannot see the flag? :hmmm: Only thing is that the banner refreshes and goes back to the first image when anything is clicked on the forum. It would be great if it functions independently..may be this can be fixed?

The animation is cool, the transitions are smooth. I have no idea how you optimized it so well without losing quality because I think there are too many images. Whats the weight of the banner BTW if you dont mind telling?

The swf gets instructions from XML and loads images which are uploaded separately on the server. The coding of the effects (Ken Burns effect and transitions) are compiled in a separate javascript file which is also uploaded. It's not my coding. Thank you google :P P.S. I take credit for designing the images and putting it all together though. :D
