@OP He is woeful against short pitched bowling. He lacks technique( see Centurion 2010 and Trent Bridge 2011)

He is more of a work in progress against the short ball.Maybe he can make few changes in his technique(his stance ie, a higher bat lift) something similar to what Sourav did after he came back to the tream in 2006. Here is what i mean This is saurav in 2002 cA_mkwKo2-E&playnext=1&list=PLEAE8E026DBAD05F8 and after coming back in 2006 25lCoZJlGLA Notice the changes- less crouching(very evident at 0:29)and higher batlift. Also im not comparing raina with ganguly.
