Apparently the Pakistani courts are going on a vacation till September and the final hearing will be on 7th of September. BTW does the judiciary go on vacation? Isnt that weird? Link to comment

Supreme court judges going for vacation and an entire judicial system closing down for vacation are two different things. Specifically in Pakistan, where law and order is in such dire conditions, how can the justice system close down for vacation? Link to comment

cowboysfan Posted July 4, 2008 Share Posted July 4, 2008 even in India....Supreme court Judges go on vacations...not sure about High Courts though.. high court judges in india take vacations.They reduce the case load during that time but some judges will be on to hear the cases.all the judges dont take vacations at once.
