They can raise their game, all have reserve tanks for big games... where rest of the teams looks burnt-out by the end of the event Aus start pushing all the cylinders. That is how Dale steyn was successful all his career. Everyone would think bowlers would be easy for taking in 3rd session of a day. That is when he revs up big time. Shami for a while was like that. Amazing fitness for an Indian. Eventually age caught up with him. I personally love Siraj for that. For his frame he has amazing bowling fitness. That day 5 146k delivery was sheer will power from him.

Styne was great, so was shami but his time is done now. Would like him to retire like Ashwin where ppl says he had some more time rather saying his time was/is up. Thats the issue with Siraj, he bowls garbage below 135 kmph most of the time and only bowls 145 kmph occasionally. He is most effective at around that pace.... Same with Pradish he is rubbish below 140 kmph and he is v.good if he bowls 145 kmph more consistently. Thats the issue with Ind bowlers either they do not know what pace works for them or might be they just do not want to push.. Edited January 9 by tapandrun
