Rajasthan Royals, the pipeline for young Indian batting talent

About time we give respect to RR and their role in the development of young Indian batting talent. This franchise usually flies under the radar, rarely is the favorite of anyone but people also don't mind if they do well, in any case doesn't provoke strong reactions, for or against.

The way they backed Sanju Samson few years back, locked him in top 3, made him captain, they (credit also goes to Sanga) saw something in him which others didn't. For far too long Sanju was seen as a meme material, with all the justice jokes. But boy comes and delivers the greatest KO performance in the history of WCs, MOTM in virtual QF, SF and in my book the F as well. We weren't winning this cup without him, well deserved MOTT. I also see a future captain in him, his calm/collected mannerisms, the fact that he doesn't give a **** about individual milestones (could have got 100s in all 3 matches if he wanted), the way he communicates with his batting partner and bowlers, his inputs in DRS, clearly he has attributes to be a great man manager.

Parag is their new project, and he can be a big asset in coming years. If Parag nails his role, he will give an extra dimension to our white ball teams. Potentially a superior version of Maxwell, who himself played such a key role in multiple ICC runs for Aus.

Jaiswal another RR product, and we all know his ceiling, I am sure he will bounce back and cement himself as an ATG. Now Vaibhav Suryavanshi is also with them, sky is the limit as far as he is concerned. Jurel is another investment by them and I believe he will also come good in coming years, Indian TM should be more patient with him and also give him a fixed batting position/role.

The biggest hurt for me is Jurel playing that half tracker of Makram and giving a catch while chasing 120. If he was there for 30 odd runs the series result would have flipped.
