Richa is proper stroke player but

she should refrain from asking the umpires for wides. They will get angry. Even in the warm up match she did the same thing and the umpire reprimanded her. She still doesn't have the aura of Kohli to get away from it.

The reason she is good because she sets herself a strong base to play through off side on side and straight. Generally she gives some room. If you follow her she plays through leg side.  She has a nice beautiful bat swing.  If they want to do well in this format they need to develop a seperate team. It is not just India. Most teams have the same problem. Not everyone is a strong T20 player even in other countries.  I was watching England vs India series. English commies were saying "English top order has to learn from Indians about showing intent in power play". Ya. India made 75 runs in 6 overs after 7/2.  English players were uber conservative in all matches 30 runs in 6 overs
