He has to look after his real estate . Seam bowling all rounders are rare commodity. Reddy is the closest one. Guys like Dube, Venky iyer  are never going to bowl at 140k.  Harshit Rana is still a hack. Never going to be get to the level of Hardik.  So BCCI doesn't mind him taking long breaks. Moment they find someone who is equally good they will wash their hands off of him. He won't mind either. He makes enough in the IPL.
