The only way it is possible is if there is some revolution of some sort, a young charismatic leader is at the fore-front of it and sweeps the next elections with an overwhelming majority. But, thats not gonna happen.

When Rajiv Gandhi was killed....before elections...there was slim chances of congress getting in power ..but his demise got 413 seats in elections for congress..

BTW that idea of a charismatic leader who moves the whole nation is never going to work in india.......biggest bottleneck is the language.. not everyone is PV Narismvha Rao who could speak 15 different langauges.............

Indira Gandhi through her death screwed rise of Chandra-Shekhar as the first non-cngressi tall leader in indian politics.. That event made sure that distinction befell on Vajpayee after 15 years.
