So, that main thread can continue. Anyway, I think this issue is beaten to death. Moving on with other topics. All I wanted to say - just like some can do extra praise, some can do extra criticism. Both should be acceptable, and people are different. No need to censor one or the other. Thanks.

I will take UV criticism any day when he under performs...and even criticize him for letting the team down. but when some hardcore SRT fans here keep talking trash about other players and mock them like anything...and when SRT fails...like he did... like everyone else...they just shrug it off like "bad choice of a shot"..."just 1 mistake"...and other silly stuff.....and since they love to banter other players they should accept some banter of SRT when he under performs...the day, these types realize that....there will be no unnecessary arguements on this cool website...:two_thumbs_up:

No law in the world puts a restriction on extra love, but they do put a limit on extra hate. Parents tell their children that they can not say bad things about anyone but they don't put a restriction on saying praises. Hatred, when stated ott, sounds bad, sounds uncivilized. Negative criticism, if not done within the limits, creates a negative atmosphere. "I love you" can be said many times but when "I hate you" is said many times, it creates a negative atmosphere, creates bad blood, spreads hatred. Its human nature to accept any kind of love easily, but hatred is not so easily accepted. Therefore, if some people say a lot of good things about the players they like, that does not give you the freedom to say bad things about the players you dont like. If you hate them, its okay, state it once and leave it there.

(Munaf Daadaji patel ofcourse :D, but thats different story). I dont have any problem with SRT - I like SRT's batting like anyone else, other than I can get angry with him or anyother player for that matter when they let the team down by not being responsible. I dont have equal expectation for all players. SRT, RD et al are different than Badri, Rohit Sharma... Superstars (SRT, RD, Yuvi, MSD...) will have higher expectations placed on them. They get the garlands, and sponsorships and they will also get the brickbats when they let us down.
