Chaos
Team without Sehwag and Sachin..... Looks boring at the top, they are such a good players and keeps the game moving so fast. Damn these injuries, cant wait to see full strength indian line up. can anyone post sehwag's avg in Lanka (in odi's) Link to comment
flamy
Agree abt Sehwag, Sachin.... meh. He is too fragile nowadays. Link to comment
bharat297
Agree ... when Sehwag and Sachin are there we have 2 batsman that can really take the attack back to the opening bowlers, without any high-risk shots. Thats crucial in the powerplays. Can't wait to have them back. Link to comment

SachDan
Its a pity that Sach's great form last year coincided with Veeru's low run of scores...Now with Veeeru in the form of his life partnering with Sach would be a viewer's delight. Link to comment

THe success of australia is every fires most of the time. AS u said, it will be a quite a sight to see em both murdering bowlers together Link to comment

Damn these injuries, cant wait to see full strength indian line up. can anyone post sehwag's avg in Lanka (in odi's) Sehwag's average in SL is 32.80, just higher than his career average of 32.45. But with Sehwag, it doesnt matter if he is playing in a country where his stats arent that good, cuz u know it wont affect him especially when he's in good form. And thats why we are missing him. bharat297
Sehwag's stats in ODI cricket will never be good ... Just like Sanath's ... because they are similar types of players. They back themselves ... never go into a shell. It may result in 2 or 3 low scores on the trot, but when they come good ... they come really good. Link to comment
jf1gp_1
i dont care as long as we are winning. Link to comment
Shane
I look at it another way, having both of them sidelined, we could test our bench strength which was seriously lacking in the years prior to this, but now i can say that we have strength and depth in almost all departments ... batting, fast bowling, but the department i am still worried about is the spin department Link to comment
flamy
HUH - He just recently won us a series against Australia :hmmmm2: Inshallah By deteriorating, I mean his body, not his form. Link to comment
satishg
we still are winning without them rite so thats gud for Indian cricket..btw Sachin aint gonna be playing regularly frm now on in ODIs so im glad to see the transition happening with our young team Link to comment

cowboysfan
a more important question is -who is our no 3?.is it Tendulkar? Link to comment
flamy
#3 has to be Badri. But, I'm sure now it'll be Yuvi. If Sachin is there, Gambhir at #3. Link to comment
cowboysfan
I dont know -as sachin has grown older he has become more watchful than the explosive opener he was-he might be more idela @ no 3 to be honest.Sehwag can open with gambhir.Badrinath may not even see the field if sehwag and tendulkar are back.
