1. Why ? Is there any written/unwritten rule somewhere that all religions are equally good and should be respected ? 2. What exactly is wrong in saying 'i dont respect religion at all, but i don't mind all but one/few of them', if i found their ideals and the lack of morality/ethics from their leaders and founding figures to be an issue ?? 3. Why the fook do i have to respect a religion to respect a person or interact with them ? Why do religious nutters asume that if i hate a religion- say Islam- then i'd have a problem with muslims as whole ? Thats like saying 'i have problems with any and all star wars fans or the incredible hulk fans'....which is retarded. If i hate a religion, then it stands to reason that i'd pity their followers as victims of a dark school of thought, since religion isnt a choice but what people are born into for the overwhelming majority of mankind.

IMO its ok to express your feelings for a religion but thats for another thread. Here we are trying to wish other people who want to celebrate or feel happy about a festival.

cut the crap man... if someone says India has stupid ppl like you, it actually means Indians are stupid like you... same sh!t.. all i m saying saying crap about a religion will offend those Indians who follow that religion... i m not saying all religions are equally good but i still agree that all religions and its followers should be respected

True, but i dont intend to be PC just because doing otherwise will cause friction. Satyameva jayete- whether it causes friction or not, is irrelevant.
i m not saying all religions are equally good but i still agree that all religions and its followers should be respected
As i said, leave followers out of this - most are victims anyways because most do not get to pick and choose their religions- they are brought up that way by their parents who were brought up by their parents and so forth. But otherwise, what you are saying doesnt make sense. If not all religions are equally good or if not all religions are good, then why should all religions be equally respected/ respected, period ?? That doenst make any sense!
