fineleg
chris broad will try to screw GG. BCCI should use its clout to screw Broad Link to comment

graphic23
I hope its a 50% or a 100% fine and not a ban. Link to comment
vroomfondel
these are on-field umpires. broad has nothing to do with it -- yet. broad gets to decide severity of punishment, i'm guessing 1 match ban for gauti and 50% dock for watson (and broad will say, "well, I gave them both the max punishment i could - so all's fair") Link to comment
DomainK
ZAK was also charged with level 2. Got80% match fees. Link to comment
cowboysfan
gambhir has a previous charge (very similar) to this.broad is going to ban him one match. Link to comment
vroomfondel
yeah, but this is his second 'physical contact' offense. i don't think he has a leg to stand on against that andaman descended chew Link to comment

And Chris rascist Broad will try to do his "handiwork". GG should have avoided this, and may have to sit out a Test. Hope it is not immediate effect for Nagpur Test-4. BCCI should really throw their weight around since Broad always shows partiality in favor of gora teams. Link to comment
DomainK
Broad must be on phone with his son: "I am nailing another one." Link to comment
fineleg
GG, bhajji, sreesanth et.al. must also stop this crossing the line. They need to be aware "Ranjan Madagulle", Chris broad et.al. are out to punish them at any opportunity. Link to comment

Give hell to Broad and ICC if GG is banned. Why were the Aussies let go in previous matches!?? Link to comment

But then it they do enforce a ban, we can as well rest GG for the final match as the series would be won already. Link to comment

However, yes, if series is decided and if ban, then GG must be rested. I did not know abt the appeal timeframe, thats good, if he can play if needed. maybe bcci can throw some $ at broad and he will lap it at it like the dog that he is. Link to comment
Dinx - the Jinx
Wat's with the Simon Kuttha? Is he not charged with anything? If indeed Gambo gets a fine, we'll raise funds from ICF and pay on his behalf. I'll give my one month salary Link to comment

DomainK
One thing is for sure though. If Gambhir had not elbowed and would have exercised restraint, Watson would never have been charged in the first place. It takes an out of the way reaction to show that the players are misbehaving. The likes of Tendulkar have taken the abuse silently year after year only answering by playing well. Thats why the Australians have got into the habit of abusing and getting away. We must react.....but in a more controlled way. Link to comment
