He's not going anywhere, do we need to rush him into the side? I am not saying that he will fail if he plays in November, but he must be seasoned for stronger attacks than those in domestic cricket and also for pitches outside India. He clearly has the ability to score large hundreds, but so did Wasim Jaffer and he showed over a long period of time his weakness outside India against strong opening bowlers.

The ideal candidate is Badrinath, his credentials heavily outweigh those of Pujara and keep in mind he is already part of the setup and it would just be unfair to drop him, for lack of a better word. We must also consider that Saurashtra have had the flattest pitches this season and that New Zealand can often have seaming wickets - regardless of talent, you cannot throw someone into the deep end of grassy tracks when they have been plundering runs on flat pitches.

Australia must never be used as the example of a poor system - Australia had an unbeaten streak in Australia for 16 years and have dominated world cricket since the early 1990s. Keep in mind that they have had to debut 3 people because of the injuries of Shane Watson, Brett Lee and Stuart Clark. Moreover, the fact that they have kept these people from the international setup means that they are far more experienced and so more likely to perform better than if they were picked earlier.

Dravid has to go even if India suffers his departure. He comes in at a critical position and in current form, he is unable to attenuate to the game at hand. He has only one game...Dravid's game...that is fine for yesterdays team...the team that tried to survive batting collapses...this is a different team...this team even if it collapses gives fire. Why are these talented youngsters being made to wait so long? Blood them for fs. It's time for the next generation of Indian youth to have a go.

How old was Sachin when he was blooded? Is he good or what? How old was Ishant when he was fielded? Is he good or what? Change must come..we need the young ones to step up...and they are...but they are being locked out! Shame!
