gs Posted November 28, 2008 Posted November 28, 2008 Israel slams India for badly planned operation ; Offered to help but turned down - Times Israel can go eff itself. India threw all its might against this problem and several brave men sacrificed their lives. No self respecting nation would ever let a third country handle its security situation. Maybe covertly accept some cooperation/technology/tactics but the heavy lifting will be done by the affected nation itself.
Sachinism Posted November 28, 2008 Posted November 28, 2008 India's pride got the better of them. Israel know how to handle this kinda sh!t, their support would have been very helpful, now and in the future
Holysmoke Posted November 28, 2008 Posted November 28, 2008 Barkha - "Good Evening, It isnt actually a good evening...."

Sachinism Posted November 28, 2008 Posted November 28, 2008 Israel deal with terrorists all the time, they would have been able to provide some kinda help
SachDan Posted November 28, 2008 Posted November 28, 2008 Israel slams India for badly planned operation ; Offered to help but turned down - Times Israel go fk yourself! Israel :finger:
SachDan Posted November 28, 2008 Posted November 28, 2008 Did you here the dad of the commando who died "my son is a martyr for the nation" brought me to tears he ( Sandeep's father) too was a militry officer
Holysmoke Posted November 28, 2008 Posted November 28, 2008 Really? Israels help would have been amazing. They have the best counter terrorist squads in the world. If it was my call, I'd have surely taken their help, even if it meant we saved 1 single solitary life more. The Mossad (HaMossad leModi'in uleTafkidim Meyuhadim) (Hebrew: המוסד למודיעין ולתפקידים מיוחדים - Institute for Intelligence and Special Operations) is the national intelligence agency of Israel. "Mossad" is the Hebrew word for institute or institution. Membership in the Mossad is very prestigious in Israeli society and is considered to rank among the most effective intelligence agencies in the world
siddhu Posted November 28, 2008 Posted November 28, 2008 40 Terrorists were involved 29 Paki 11 Bang 20 came in a week earlier and got to know about the Taj in that week, the rest came the other day LeT linked after calls were made to Yusuf ******** Muzamil OMG... what the hell.... Are all of them dead/captured?? So if there are 20 more still alive somewhere in Bomaby or some other city... Its just kind of hard to imagine what will be our next steps... What was our intelligence doing... this is really bad...
gs Posted November 28, 2008 Posted November 28, 2008 Israel deal with terrorists all the time' date=' they would have been able to provide some kinda help[/quote'] Dude, we deal with this sh.t more than any other country in the world. We have the specialized men and resources to handle this situation. It's been done before and proven. If only the political administration had the spine, our special forces would have achieved much more. Its a big deal for Israel since their survival depends on it. For us its just a wound that bleeds for a while. I admit that they have had some great successes in kicking mullah as.s, but there was effin way India would allow them to take care of this situation publicly. Like I said technology/tactics ok, manpower no.

Israel offered help....India should've taken, we don't have experience in dealing with situations like this......they have been dealing with such shyt for quite some time now....obviously experience does help.
gs Posted November 28, 2008 Posted November 28, 2008 he ( Sandeep's father) too was a militry officer Complete and utmost respect to Major Sandeep and his dad. :hatsoff:
Holysmoke Posted November 28, 2008 Posted November 28, 2008 apparently ALL the people in Kandahar and Tiffin restaurants were shot. Kandahar was my dads favourite restaurant..

Holysmoke Posted November 28, 2008 Posted November 28, 2008 See irony in the name. I know.... was just telling my friend that...
Predator_05 Posted November 28, 2008 Posted November 28, 2008 Israel's help shouldn't have been refused. We wouldn't have given control of operations to them, the Indians would have done the groundwork and the bulk of the job but their advice would have sorted this mess out quicker. You have to admit, the response to this problem hasn't been as swift as it could have been. 48+ hours negotiating a handful of terrorists - come on...that itself is testament to the inexperience of India's forces when it comes to dealing with such a problem. Not that i don't respect or admire the men out there risking their lives, they have bigger balls than any of us, but they were definitely hindered by slow decision making. An Israeli strategist or two, the kind who don't flinch in the wake of these attacks would have made a difference. India and Israel should be brothers in arms; both countries face terrorist threats from the muslim savages, they can empathize with India and together we can form a bulwark to counter these bastards.
