Committing less of a crime is not an achievement... if anything, forget pakistan and lets examine the deary state of affairs in rural india. the need for progressive reform is more urgent than ever before.

I wud be the last one to compare to pakistan and feel smug.. was just responding to that guy why it's differen here.. yes we have a problme but still our society has not become numb to these where law enforcement can support criminals and get away with it.. a lot needs to be done to minimize these crimes though
