She's saying "what will we do now". Then goes on to blame the poor husband "Why didnt you run and board the plane and make it wait for me". To people who think that only idiots miss their flight, well mate, **** happens. I almost missed a flight once. Short Story - Was spring break. Me and my mates flew in from diff. places in US to atlanta and drove down to florida. But after that was over, we stayed in one of guys apt which was 2 hr from atlanta. I had my return flight at 9 or 10 in the morning. So basically, i had to wake up at 5 to make it on time after the 2 hour drive. Alarm failed. Woke up at 7. Rushed a shower and sped all the way to atlanta barely making it. Shouted that my flight was in 10 minutes in the long security queue to get in and made the boarding gate just as they announced the last call. Normally, i would have taken the next flight, but i was broke.

I travel a reasonable amount mainly regarding work and don't understand the fuss behind missing a flight - you miss one, you get on to the next one, simple. The thing with international flights might be complicated due to fines etc. but missing domestic flights is run of the mill stuff - they just put you on the next available one(usually within a couple of hours on busy routes) and you are all set.
