Most of my good friends are from Delhi and I personally find Delhi guys very friendly. Though every third word they speak is a maa behen gaali.

So understably they are less scarred ..

Its like going to Beijing/Tokyo (where language/script is completely different). I'm Telugu, and I still don't get an iota of Tamil. On the other hand, in Bangalore, Hyderabad etc. people are much friendlier IMO (Bangalore is an awesome place even tho Hyd is my hometown)
