I may be all alone but I can't see anything wrong with what Ponting did. It is in his interest that Kallis is kept in his nervous 90s longer where there is (theoretically) a better chance that he would do something stupid. Looks perfectly tactics to me.

Earlier in the day Prince blocked the ball to his feet. Australian players circled, squawking at him like birds over the rotting shark heads around the corner at Fish Hoek.
