The incident took place between 7 and 8 am on Monday morning, as trainees were participating in their morning parade. Eyewitness accounts estimate ten attackers carried out the attack, and at least eight explosions have been heard so far. The police remain locked in gun-battles with the attackers.

Even worse- the common men are armed. It wasnt too long ago that a mob of common men attacked a police van that had come to arrest some terrorists and succeeded. So the common man is sympathetic with the extremists and they are armed. Thats an alarming situation.
