Cricketics Posted March 31, 2007 Posted March 31, 2007 saw ppl calling jawardene the most overated captain... i feel this guy Michael Vaughan is most overated... failing consistently.. doesn't deserve to be in england's odi side or say colly-Kp-fred odi side.. even he should take a break from odi crkt..

There is nothing great about his captaincy, it is the players that make him look good. He is blessed to have Jayasuriya, Sangakkara, Vaas, Murali and Malinga in the ranks.

Jayawardane goes one step further and ensures logic doesnt come in the way of his on field decisions. He has all the traits in him to become & remain an all time great cappo (unless Jayasuirya, Murali, Vaas & Malinga hangup their boots)
