Holysmoke Posted May 13, 2009 Posted May 13, 2009 oh hai guise' date=' i can has dosa?[/quote'] i actually came across something called a dry dosa.. its basically a paper thin dosa, which tastes the same as a crispy dosa.. but it can be transported and kept for a month or 2. It's almost like a mixture of dosa and the gujju "khakhra". It's kinda hard to explain but think of it as a dosa which you can keep in a container for a month and you dont need to start making dosa everytime you want some
Macj Posted May 13, 2009 Posted May 13, 2009 As an aside did you guys know that come 2050 onwards Maldivians will be resettled in South India, not sure how their cuisine is though.
