Let me take you back to the Rosy days of Post-IPL, where millionaires were found on every nook and corner, the Rich were getting Richer and the Poor too were doubling their balances. ICF's economy was flourishing like never before and it seemed destined to reach heights never even imagined, Rajiv had bought his own planet and decided to raise a civilization of his own, blue_brigade and Dravid were fighting over the ownership rights of Sports Tournaments (Dravid won the legal battle btw ... for the noobs who are unaware). Sachinism then, owned almost 75% of the casinos in Las Vegas and byfar had the largest Betting and Gambling Empire. However, there was a Warning bell from a certain learned "Outsider" regarding the Infalted economy and the way it could crumble if we wernt careful enough with our extravagance, the fiscal policy of ICF was under severe scrutiny, the prize money allocations were revisted, there was even a proposal to increase the taxation rate to keep the economy under check, but all of these were last ditch efforts, till the ill-fated day finally arrived. It was the 5th of June 2009, a pleasant day(considering how generally it is) in the heart of England, most of them old Brit Tharki eyes were awaiting the sight of Alesha Dixon, but they had to make do with the Duke of Kent instead. The day started on a bright note as England muscled a boundary of the first ball, the 350 Million stakers felt it was a good omen, but it wasn't to be as the Pommies coudnt power their arses up enough to take one over the boundary, and the fate of the stakers was sealed, however unperturbed by all of this the other group of stakers were confident of their 0.06 getting back, but this was an English Side filled to the brim with "Class Acts" who couldn't throw the stumps down even if they had their Rolls Royce's depening on it and another set of millions took a hit. Around 500 milion ICF$ left home but none returned, a dark cloud loomed over ICF that night, it was the worst hit the ICF economy had taken in the last zillion years. It was a BLACK FRIDAY. :((

Well written Shane. EMC is looking at fiscal policies that may fix some of this damage. Maybe higher taxes on people like yourself and Blue Brigade, and redistribution to those whose bank accounts hasn't yet cracked 8 figures in this banana republic?
