The Outsider Posted June 8, 2009 Posted June 8, 2009 Looks great - I'm buying it. http://www.apple.com/iphone/iphone-3g-s/
ViruRulez Posted June 8, 2009 Posted June 8, 2009 WTH are everybody after Iphones nowadays .. I dont like it personally Anyways we receive it always late in India and so the interest also decreases :P But still I dont think its functions are as good as it is hyped to be .. there are a few functions but other cellphone manufacturers provide a lot of better features in most cases .. I think the only positive is that it is manufactured by apple but rest it is a lot overhyped I think .. people waiting outside the stores to buy a new model does not make much sense to me .. I hardly found it interesting after checking all the features when it was launched in India last year
Rajiv Posted June 8, 2009 Author Posted June 8, 2009 I don't know if Rogers will allow a HUP right away, I got it last year and they have a 2 year rule As of now, I am happy the iphone and the 3.0 will be sweet, the new iphone is also 3.0 but 2X the speed, better camera, OLED screen ( ahh the battery )

You can find out if it's the same over there. My wife and my contracts are one year out of sync, and she is not much of a gadget geek so it works out well for me. :winky:
Rajiv Posted June 8, 2009 Author Posted June 8, 2009 Good, I don't know why Rogers would enforce a 2 year HUP 1) Customer will bombard their Toll-Free 2) They will lose customers coz almost everyone got iphones last year lets see, me no rush PS- Looked at N97 , not good reviews - slow device...but once u go iphone, u aint going nowhere

I hardly found it interesting after checking all the features when it was launched in India last year Thats because people are not so internet dependent in India and so cannot appreciate the full beauty of the iphone.. stuff like finding a restaurant on the go, booking a rental car 30 seconds before sitting in one, following the game while travelling in the bus, browsing the net while taking a dump :cantstop:, using the gps to tell you exactly where to go, checking the cheapest gas station closeby:giggle:, etc etc Apna india mein people just ask:icflove:
