However, remember that he does that all surrounded a high-tech shooting team with plenty of rescue arrangements around. I don't like the show BTW.

And then you can rub quartz stones to create sparks for fire.

May be the plane crashes and you survive.....then check the luggage of the other passengers for useful things. (no, it wont amount to stealing). Then find the right direction- create a compass by charging a pin by rubbing it between your palms and then placing it on a light lotus leaf and then floating the leaf on the water (it will show you north and south)- and then walk in the direction in which you are most likely to find civilization (now you will realize why you should have paid attention in your geography classes). Create fire (from friction between quartz stones) for safety from wild animals and cooking whatever you catch. Walk till you come to any civilization. Watch them from far since they can be wild cannibals. And then if you think fit, approach them and ask for help. Don't fall in love with one of their women and marry her. And if they don't eat you, they will point to where you can come to a road. If you are trapped inside an island and you don't have hot female company, build a yacht from bamboos, load it with fruits and sail out looking for land. Don't forget to load the yacht with food before you sail out. See, isnt that easy?

There are easy ways where you can get lost in the wilderness, if you are not prepared.
