Kinda looks like Sami but definitely a better bowler! Such a young bowler in Int'l stage and already started his 1st test with 3 wickets.... amazing

Thanks Hamo for the video. With Aamer, Gul taking the primary 2 seamer spot...who will be the 3rd seamer? Rao? Alam? Tanvir?.... Pakistan all of a sudden looks compact in bowling with Ajmal and Afridi taking the spinner slots with occasional help from Malik

but is he really 17 year old?
well at the most he may be 18..because he did pass the wrist test for the under 19 team. And he doesn't look older than 17 or 18.. Younis Khan's real age is 34 and cricinfo shows it as 31 lol

What sucks more is that he could have had a 5 wicket haul if not for our crappy wicket keeper, but its still good.

you missed one guy out even though he isnt worth of mentioning for what he has done but still a good bowler ill say we will have this bowling attack for champions trophy: Gul Asif Aamer Razzaq Afridi Ajmal . . . Shoaib Malik

1st seamers spot would be for Asif, after his ban finishes, Gul is struggling with new ball when he first made impact with the new ball was vs India now he keeps bowling with scrambled seam. A bit worried he may be overused, I'd rest him for 1/2 odi games

to expect that asif would play again is might brave... razzaq is well, excess baggage. and just like afridi and akmal, the two exploits in the T20 have given all three (razzaq, afridi and akmal) and new lease on life. one might argue that afridi is pakistan's best spinner in the limited version of the game, especially so when one considers his exploits against australia in the dubai series prior to the T20 cup, but akmal and razzaq are like two scabs on your foot: itch when you walk, bleed when you sleep, but when you kick something about, it seems that the scabs were the first to make contact and thus deserving of all credit. gul and possibly aamer are the real deal though. when i first saw gul in the 2004 test series, and when he picked up 7 wickets on the first day, i thought to myself, here is another pakistani bowler that will prove to be a sore in the backside for most oppositions for years to come. then he vanished due to injury, and upon return was initially quite unimpressive. thereafter though, he has gone from strength to strength and indeed is doing justice to his destiny.
