Guest Hiten. Posted July 7, 2009 Posted July 7, 2009 http://tendulkaropus.com/static.php?page=index2 Seems good. Judging by Arsenal, Maradona's opus this one too will be an expensive item to cherish (. Will try to get it one day :nervous:
satishg Posted July 7, 2009 Posted July 7, 2009 WOW we have finally struck gold..will definitely get hold of this when it is out :yay:
graphic23 Posted July 7, 2009 Posted July 7, 2009 $3000 right? Pfft. I'll be getting it (in 10 or so years maybe?)
punjabi_khota Posted July 8, 2009 Posted July 8, 2009 A 30 Kilogram book, 800 pages with each page half a metre square in area(so roughly, 3/4th of a meter height and width) ...containing everything there is to know about Sachin.
punjabi_khota Posted July 8, 2009 Posted July 8, 2009 I think they got their math wrong. Half a metre square != 50 cm x 50 cm :hahaha:
Shane Posted July 8, 2009 Posted July 8, 2009 3000$ for a book :omg: Arsenal opus was launched in 07' i guess and priced at £3000.
Guest Hiten. Posted July 8, 2009 Posted July 8, 2009 3000$ for a book :omg: Arsenal opus was launched in 07' i guess and priced at £3000. Farcenal's opus was signed by ****-ne Wenger, Thiery Henry, Patrick Vieria et al. Barca, Man U are next up in the line for their own opus. SRT is the second sports personality to have an opus under his belt after the great Maradona :--D
graphic23 Posted July 8, 2009 Posted July 8, 2009 While Tendulkar deserves it, I'm a little apprehensive about this. Look at the die-hard fans of Sachin - I don't think anyone would be able to afford this (barring the celebrities and stuff). When your fans can't afford it, I don't see the point? Maybe I don't quite understand the original intention of an Opus.

flamy Posted July 8, 2009 Posted July 8, 2009 wtf? $3k for a book? in b4 people sell their land/house/organs/wives to buy this book....:nervous: This is why religion sucks.
DomainK Posted July 8, 2009 Posted July 8, 2009 How about the copies that will be available at Mumbai traffic signals at some 500 bucks?
Mr. Wicket Posted July 8, 2009 Posted July 8, 2009 This is why religion sucks. WTF does religion have to do with this? Care to provide some sort of logic (as misguided as your's normally is) to try and explain that statement?
Guest Hiten. Posted July 8, 2009 Posted July 8, 2009 WTF does religion have to do with this? Care to provide some sort of logic (as misguided as your's normally is) to try and explain that statement? Sachin = God. Religion defines God, hence Sachinism. Therefore, flamy's comment about religion n00bS (thal + flemingo) :finger:
Holysmoke Posted July 8, 2009 Posted July 8, 2009 He'll probably have a copy at his restaurant. Will go check it out...
