But if you get the opportunity try out Jordanian roast chicken. They stuff the chicken with something that makes it nice and spicy. So you eat the chicken with garlic sauce, pickles and kaboos. I had this when visiting Jordan sometime back. Ate in a ton of Arabic restaurants after and finally realized that this is a Jordanian specialty. so if ur ever in a Jordanian rest. give their roast chicken a try. :two_thumbs_up:
