Brainfade Posted October 8, 2009 Posted October 8, 2009 No pictures, but last weekend, I made chicken confit. Then shredded it and put it in some pasta with 'maters, fresh-grated Pecorino romano and olive oil. I am vegetarian, but the family loves them some chicken. They survived it :).
