goose Posted July 23, 2009 Posted July 23, 2009 A short poem reproduced here for posterity. A somewhat tragic piece penned by me in November 2005 when a certain player, that's quite popular around these parts, looked all but finished. Speeding batting is like speeding in many ways. when you're young and curly haired and think nothing of cruising at one hundred miles per hour on the outside lane. as the years pass you start to dodge and you start to nudge and they start to fudge the nerves start to wither your mind starts to dither. you know you can rev it up with the best in your formula one motor car but why speed when you can coast but then again you might just crash and burn anyhow.
Online Posted July 23, 2009 Posted July 23, 2009 is that a poem or was the "Enter" key misbehaving? :--D
Mr. Wicket Posted July 24, 2009 Posted July 24, 2009 Can you repost some of your other old poems? Those were awesome.
