SachDan Posted September 21, 2009 Posted September 21, 2009 Ravi Shastri (India), Wasim Akram (Pakistan), Ian Chappell (Australia), Bob Willis (England), Nick Knight (England), Shaun Pollock (South Africa), Ian Bishop (West Indies), Kepler Wessels (South Africa), Simon Doull (New Zealand), Harsha Bhogle (India), Sanjay Manjrekar (India), Ranil Abenayeke (Sri Lanka) and Alan Wilkins (UK). Thank God no Arun Lal, Sivaramakrishnan, Ramiz Raja and Ranjit Fernando this time around! Ravi Shastri is back with ESPN-Star after a gap of almost an year..If I'm not mistaken, Bob Willis haven't commentated for an International match since Ashes 2005! LINK
Guest Hiten. Posted September 21, 2009 Posted September 21, 2009 Where is Bumble :hitler: I think he will be commentating for Sky Sports. This panel is just for ESPN, me wonders. P.S: Welcome back Dan
SachDan Posted September 21, 2009 Author Posted September 21, 2009 Where is Bumble :hitler: May be SKY decided to rest him after a hectic summer. Hence Bob Willis finds a place in the panel :--D

Cricketics Posted September 21, 2009 Posted September 21, 2009 Other then Kepler Wessels, Bob Willis, Ramanayke and Nick Knight all are good or decent commentators. I like Alan Wilkins and Simon Doul in particular. And Ravi Shastri is the best from India. Manjrekar is good until he starts getting bit a pro-pakistani in India-Pak game when a particular player from pak starts doing well. Ian Chappel is good to hear
Jersey #10 Posted September 21, 2009 Posted September 21, 2009 I am gonna have to keep the volume to mute this time around i guess! No Arun Lal, No commentary:doh::fail::WTF::thumbs_down::eviltongue::motz::wall:

WeStMiDz Posted September 21, 2009 Posted September 21, 2009 Why doesn't Ian Smith ever do these tournaments? The guy is a legend.
SachDan Posted September 21, 2009 Author Posted September 21, 2009 Wasn't sunny a permanent part of the ESPN-STAR team? This is nice commentary team. No more **** about crows and bats. Both Sunny n Ravi left ESS last year..They are freelancers now.
