I iz confused. Please enlighten me :nervous::nervous::nervous:

Desi Cartman Posted September 25, 2009 Author Posted September 25, 2009 K or k? its "kj" is it any different than "KJ" .. master jee batao na
punjabi_khota Posted September 25, 2009 Posted September 25, 2009 "calories" info usually written on food labels is actually kilo calories. So if it says "100 calories", it actually means 100 kilo calories. Thats what I remember from middle school science. You just had 230 "calories" daily intake for you =2300 calories
The Outsider Posted September 25, 2009 Posted September 25, 2009 P_K is right. You had around 230 calories in normal parlance.
Desi Cartman Posted September 25, 2009 Author Posted September 25, 2009 thanks so I had 230 calories in one drink. It takes me 30mins to burn 350 calories on a cross trainer ... :wall:

mhr123 Posted September 25, 2009 Posted September 25, 2009 thanks so I had 230 calories in one drink. It takes me 30mins to burn 350 calories on a cross trainer ... :wall: oh yaar .. tussi yaar addha liter doodh hazam kar liyaa see...must be having 8 packs . Vese 30 mins of jog is not very useful to burn calories ... the best method is to sprint , then walk for while and again sprint .. Do it for 10 mins followed by atleast 200 situps, phir dekh tamasha ... and a high intensive weight training can burn more calories + increase ur muscle size. That is why those atheletes who are long distance runners are so lean but those who are doing intense running like sprinter have a better muscular body. kuch samjha biddu .. uske baad even if u take 1 litre of dhoodh , kuch nahi hoga.
CricketGirl Posted September 25, 2009 Posted September 25, 2009 thanks so I had 230 calories in one drink. It takes me 30mins to burn 350 calories on a cross trainer ... :wall: another blonde!! haha!!
