I'll get a DVD quality picture for $600 :(( You get blu-ray players for under $200s now. It plays DVDs as well as blu-ray discs. Watching movies on Blu-ray is so unique, you will never want to see movies on VCRs/DVDs again.

I can't afford to replace all my movies at the moment, so I can't be bothered. What I may invest in is a blu-ray writer drive for the PC and I already have an internet connection :winky:

The PS3 can play mkv downloads if you remux them into a Vob container as well.
