There was a crowd trouble not once but twice in this game, once they "realized" their team is about to lose. And some guys have the audacity of questioning Indian crowd's mentality.

to top that statement from captain is we can still win 4-1' date=' reach 3-1 then talk about 4-1 not when you are one down[/quote'] if we beat them 4-1 in zimbabwe with two-thirds of our bowling attack injured back home, there's no reason we can't win 4-1 at home after being down 0-1. last series i thought we'd win 3-2 and was surprised to win 4-1...this time i thought 5-0, and in all likelyhood we will win this series either 3-2, or 4-1.

it is not a great deal to win a match or two against a team which has been almost out of cricket since so many years .. both Zimbabwe and Bangladesh are minnows and it is fine and so you both will compete against each other .. nobody contradicts it .. but it sounds funny when people complain about not playing with the big teams .. if you find it difficult to win and are thrashed by a team which has not been in the international scene such as Zimbabwe then why are you concerned about playing the big teams.. at first rise above the standards of Zimbabwe and Kenya and then think about playing with the big teams :winky:

BD cricket fans are the absolute pits - the way they boast about their despicable team which manages to pull off an upset every year or two flies in the face of every reasonable explanation. Their team keeps getting the ***** kicked out of them from one corner to another and all they can think about is whining about India. Really, what does India even have to do with minnows like BD. They couldn't even compete in the domestic cricket tournament of India. They have a cricket crazy nation and possibly the future of a decent cricket team, but as of now they are just there for other nations to rack up the numbers against. Dalmiya made one of the biggest blunders in the history of cricket by giving these jokers test status and though they would not admit it, the decision actually set back the progress of BD cricket. They could well have become competitive by now if a proper structure was followed but fast tracking them has made them the ideal whipping boys.

what part of winning 16 out of 21 matches is considered a "match or two". if you want to include kenya into the discussion its more like 23 out of 28. what part of that is a "match or two". you also haven't been listening to the complaints or haven't had them translated into hindi properly. the complaint is not about playing the big teams, its about why the BCCI has not offered a tour when Australia has offered 2, South Africa has offered 2, and England has offered 2. its about whether or not the BCCI is right to violate the rules of the old FTP simply because it can. unless you believe that doing whatever one is capable of doing (which can be used to justify anything from robbery, to murder, to rape) then i don't see how you can, logically at least, deny this. its not about "big teams" its about the BCCI, whose financial importance is far greater than the cricketing skill of its players would indicate. never forget that.

The ignorance of BD fans and hatred towards India and BCCI is just staggering. The '04 tour which eventually happened in BD was scheduled to be hosted in India, but the BD board wanted it to be hosted in BD so they could earn more money out of it. BCCI has nothing to gain and everything to loose by foregoing it's home series. But somehow I think even this simple logic will find a hard way getting through if at all.
