Can you believe New Zealand won by just 7 runs. :omg_smile: Mohammad Aamer and Saeed Ajmal almost pinched it. This last pair needed 8 from the last over to pull off an incredible victory but Jacob Oram (3/20) had Ajmal caught for 33 from the first ball. Aamer was 73* from 81 balls. Do we see another great Pakistan all rounder emerging ? Bear in mind, he will still be a teenager for another 17 months. With YK, Malik, both Akmals, Afridi, Razzaq and Gul scoring just 41 between them, perhaps he should be Pakistan's batting coach, as well. :regular_smile:

The tailenders knew the umpires are not going to give them out. Amir and Ajmal both "steered" the ball into keeper's gloves, werent given out and went onto slog their way to a 100 run 10th wicket partnership. But yes, great show of courage and fighting spirit. And in the end lots of dispair.Pak tailenders couldnt have timed it better :)
