Charles Bannerman, the scorer of Test cricket first run and first hundred, March 1877 Charles Bannerman is known to have played the first ball of the first international Test game in the history(in 1877 Eng v. Aus) . It was not an ordinary start of the game we all love so much because this man made astonishing record making 165 Not out in the first international game ever played in the history.
