Couple of months ago group of amateur artists had joined hands to paint the wall along the tulsipipe road for mumbai wall project supported by bmc.Sadly as is the case in mumbai few days after wards the art grafitti were vandalised . here is the link to the site where the pics of the art have been put up.Really cool ones especially the absolut mumbai,superman and 'chahiye' grafitti. http://www.missmalini.com/2009/10/26/the-mumbai-wall-project-d-for-deewar/

yea that is the sad part . Put in a pic of any god and they will no touch it but this they will .The artist had complained abt this to riteish deshmukh and he got his movie posters removed .dunno abt other posters. Some good ones there. I thought making graphiti on walls was not a trend in India I think graphiti on walls is quite popular in some places of Aus and everyone allowed to make art on walls in some places .. yahan pe to pit jayega koi wall barbad kare to :giggle:
