Gunner_Mania
Declare at Tea. No overs lost for innings change. Link to comment
Guest Gunner
A lead of 300-325 was more than enough. Now the whole batting is just fecking stupid. Link to comment
sm332
we will likely lose an hour tomorrow so ... 15 overs ... I reckon we need to give ourselves 95 overs ... so we could declare right now. Perhaps they will at tea and then come out to take 3-4 wickets this evening. Link to comment
Master Blaster
A lead of 300-325 was more than enough. Now the whole batting is just fecking stupid. Agreed. Hopefully we declare right after tea Link to comment
urbestfriend
Declare NOW!!! We need time to take 10 wickets ! and we have just 3 sessions, one will be lost due to bad light. Link to comment
DomainK
May be 400 will be good. I want the Bangladeshis to get into a shell and defend trying to save the match. The more the defend, the more chance we have of getting a wicket. Link to comment

That would be a risk. The Bangladeshi batsmen have played good sessions in the past when they play attacking cricket. In some recent past they scored some 400+ (If I am not mistaken) chasing in the fourth innings (still fell short). Link to comment
Karan114
In some recent past they scored some 400+ (If I am not mistaken) chasing in the fourth innings (still fell short). That's correct, they made 420 against Murali and Lanka a year back, though it was while chasing 520. Link to comment
Sachinism
Why are we still batting Anyways since they're still going, I think 400 is more than enough. These guys need to remember we won't know how many overs we're going to get at Bangla, we need to start bowling Link to comment
Karan114
^^ Agreed, now that they have come back, get up to 400 and then start bowling. Link to comment
King Tendulkar
400 and not declaring. MADNESS Link to comment
champ
i saiid my target yest was 350 .. it wuld have been interesting to go for the score and get out .. this .. but this attitude of scoring over 400 sucks Link to comment
DomainK
Okay, I guess 500. That is if Sehwag is not thinking about 600. Link to comment

urbestfriend
What a sh*t captain this viru is !! Why is he not declaring...Match will surely be draw! Link to comment
sangrock
I think it was the right decision. The pitch has gone flatter and flatter - its getting easier to bat and we don't have bhajji :(( Link to comment
gaurav92
^So u think that Bangla boys would have gone over 350-360, well if u think they can get 350-360, they may as well get to 415, as per your saying. To me, I thuink 350- 360 was the appropriate target, we could have got anothe rwicket in, and at this stage, India should aim for wickets and not defending runs and protecting boundaries. Cricketics
Did the right thing. Pitch is flat, our bowlers, If bangla would form a 80-90 run p'ship, then If we would have had a lead of 320ish or 350ish, our bowlers would have started bowling some defensive line etc... Our bowlers might be good but not great. It's a fact. live with it. They would go on defensive mode if opposiion is scoring decently. Link to comment
