BD wickets get flatter as the test progresses. They are not like India. Day 5 will probably be the best batting condition. So taking that into account , something like 4 sessions is a minimum to get them out and something like 380 should enough of a carrot to make them play the ball.

370+ and 80-90 overs. They will capitulate themselves not knowing what to do. Their batsmen don't have a defensive bone in their body. 1-11 will attack and throw away their wickets.

We have 30 mins to tea, bat 5 more mins, declare. Ten minutes lost for innings change, we have 3-4 overs before tea and then another go at them after tea
