No urgency at all in the team. Everyone comes out and tries to get in first. When will they realize that if they get out after "getting in" like Dhoni yesterday, it will put immense pressure on the batsmen coming in next.

I just want Dhoni to chill out during IPL' date=' experiment some of his captaincy theories and be in prime form for the world cup.[/quote'] He is way too rigid. He tries some combination. If it doesn't work and draws criticism he will try it again just to satisfy his ego to prove a point. He has to stop reading news until the tournament is over.

Bollinger, Hussey in the Lions’ den Friday, Apr 02 2010 Chennai: It was anything but an “All Fool’s Day” in the Chennai Super Kings camp yesterday that saw two rather muted birthday celebrations and also the arrival of a pair of Aussie stars, Mike Hussey and Doug (Douglas for short) Bollinger, late in the night. Murali Vijay and coach Stephen Fleming turned a year older, but given the iffy position that the team is in and with its focus now firmly on getting a move on in the IPL standings, sobriety marked the birthdays with cakes cut. Also, it was a welcome day off for the Super Kings following their five-wicket win against the Royal Challengers Bangalore the previous night, but the team will get down to training this evening to prepare for tomorrow’s home game with the Rajasthan Royals. The big news is of course the timely arrival of Hussey and Bollinger, though, at the moment it remains to be seen whether both or one of them will play against the Royals tomorrow. The two Aussie stars missed eight games due to their commitments with the National team that toured New Zealand and took the first flight out to Chennai on completion of the series on Wednesday. Hussey’s presence will certainly add steel to the Super Kings’ middle-order batting line-up given his vast experience and consistent scoring. Although 34, Hussey is among the better fielders in world cricket and a much admired professional. Bollinger, a fiery character, is fast making a name for himself in international cricket with his sharp pace and aggression. Since his Test debut last year, the 28-year old has become an integral part of the Australian team. He has already taken 39 wickets in just eight Test matches. Thus, the presence of Hussey and Bolliger, both left-handers, will provide a different dimension to the Super Kings squad that has had an up-and-down run in the IPL-3 thus far with five defeats, four of them in a row, and three wins. :yay:
