the only DNA evidence is when the 17 jizzed on that paki's face for good measure. nevertheless, evidence or not, i am not in support of the death penalty. opposed it for the terrorists who were behind the attacks in december 2002, and oppose it for these *******s who seem pretty guilty of the alleged crime.

I worked in Dubai and those Arabs look down on both Indians and Pakistanis. If the Indians were guilty of those brutal murder than the law must take it's course. We cannot j ustify murder

Shariah law overwhelmingly is in favor of muslims and god knows what kind of fudged up evidence they have provided to make this case... 17 diff samples of DNA evidence found from one body? and 3 other pakistani "victims" eyewitness identifying exactly 17!! people.. wtf r u kidding me? This is same Shariah law that sentences rape victims to be given lashes for having sex with strangers and the perpetrator gets to pay fine or marry the victim

And rape victims being lashed probably only happens in Taliban ruled Afhan regions or some remote tribal part of Pakistan where the mentality of uneducated rulers/elders who make decisions is warped- to say the least. That is not the shariah law, it is what these people put into practice.

If they have evidence then they are entitled to follow the law, after all these 17 people attacked and killed someone and its a crime to kill :orderorder: I wish we could do something similar for the people who start riots , trust me 10-15 behind the bar forever or death penalty to 7-8 and no one would dare to kill - injure or destroy pulic property
