Apparently his girlfriend has some shares in the Kochi franchise, which may be a gift? There is no proof that the minister was using her as a proxy. Having said that, he might have used her as a proxy and may have got some benefits for helping the company but how does that make him corrupt. he did not steal anybody's money, did not default on any tax. anybody care to share any light on this as I am not an expert in financial matters?

So is he guilty or not ? if he is then why is he still an MP n if not then why did he give up his share ?

Also, the Ministry of External Affairs is yet to name a replacement for him, so he may even be back in a month or two once this controversy dies down and the media moves to the next breaking news. Who knows.

How does she is entitled to the stake in that co?
