Unless, the daughters was approved then after Indian police check, he get refused

It's the same in the US. Refugees are given preference on humanitarian grounds which is fair.
Rajiv Posted May 22, 2010 Posted May 22, 2010 But there is a large percentage which are not genuine refugees When I was in Toronto, I had a friend who was South Indian and came to Canada at the age of 9 and he got refugee status Ask how? he claimed that he was a sri lankan who escaped to India and pledges on Humanitarian Grounds - isn't that a great loophole I knew a Indian Punjabi guy who was in Toronto Immigration detention, claimed the cops and the local govt will kill him in his village Few Pakistani - they have tons of reasons

A number of people overstay their visas and go missing and work as illegal immigrants. Many people marry local citizens to get green card. Someone somewhere is always trying to work the system to their own advantage :dontknow:

Just like those 30% of NASA scientists and Microsoft developers are Indians claim. But you must know about Charles Sobhraj (Hatchand Bhaonani Gurumukh Charles Sobhraj) and L. K. Advani. A lot of Sindhis being businessman indulge in tax evasion in India, this you gotta admit. Many Sindhi owned colleges in Mumbai have reservations for Sindhis which is what your friend must be referring to.
