hari504504 Posted May 15, 2010 Posted May 15, 2010 why rohit? And nehra also as we are not exactly blessed with fast bowling Rohit had a lucky innings vs Aus barrage.. but true..he doesn't deserve to be dropped..(although how I wish that lazy ass does get dropped.. and go and get fit) Nehra had his moments in the tournament..good and bad... his death bowling was exceptional a couple of times... Yuvi needs to be dropped hmm..does this have anything to do with the bar brawl...:sherlock:

Bublu Bhuyan Posted May 16, 2010 Posted May 16, 2010 What type of a sick, pathetic joke is this! All of this just because India were knocked out of that cartoon T20 World Cup? The guy has been leading his side with example, helping us reach heights we never reached before, and now this is what he gets in return. I promise I were Sachin, I would have convinced the entire team to quit in protest if Dhoni is removed as captain. Sachin himself rejected the captaincy offer and recommended Dhoni instead, so that we could have a long term captain for the upcoming years. And now when we have nurtured the perfect person for the spot, he will be removed. I would rather stop following Indian cricket altogether after Sachin's retirement if this happens.

Well done BCCI. lol half of our players will join the team on 14th June and we are playing our first match against Bangladesh on 16th. Won't be surprised if we lose that game. This is how professional teams prepare for the big tournaments? :wall: Sat Jun 12 11:00 GMT | 13:00 Local 16:30 IST Zimbabwe v India at Harare, 1st T20I Sun Jun 13 11:00 GMT | 13:00 Local 16:30 IST Zimbabwe v India at Harare, 2nd T20I
asterix Posted June 8, 2010 Posted June 8, 2010 Look, Indian team and BCCI has better things to do than worry about preparations. This is one of the main reasons team 'starts late' in every series and compititions..In any series, you do get time to catch up but in compititions by the time you start 'learning from mistakes' it's too late and get kicked out with even some humiliations of losing to lesser teams.. Then it's the usual Dhoni and BCCI 'blah blah' about the team is 'still the no. 1 test team' and 'players are rusty', 'bowlers/batsmen were not upto the mark', 'you shouldn't expect us to win every match and tournaments'..etc. And if the things get too hot then you can shoot back, "this is the same team which is No. 1 in Test rankings..is that how you treat your players?" And in the forum there will be members to remind us that this is the same team which is ranked this-that in Test/ODI, fans are fickle minded etc.. I mean WTF?
