Fair Game Posted June 10, 2010 Posted June 10, 2010 that means ODI series is in Eng while tests r in Aus.what crap scheduling.why cant they schedule full tour in Aus.last time full tour was in Eng It's a seperate series the ICC said a few years back that they want the top nations playing each other every year which is why australia played india a couple of years back in tests in india and then last year we played india again in india for 7 one dayers and again this year we will play them in india for one dayers. Seems a bit strange that australia will have played india the last 3 times in india without playing at home. I doubt india would ever have that schedule. But anyway australia play england in the ashes at home as well as a one day series.

Seems like Australia has a while to go before finding a replacement for Brett Lee coz the only one who can replace the pace express is Shaun Tait. But your RFM's touch 90. This guy seems tall too. Lets hope he lives up to the expectations. :two_thumbs_up: Basterd stole my bowling action though.. You mean in the sarcastic sense I guess. You don't professionally play cricket... or do you?

ludhianvi Posted June 11, 2010 Posted June 11, 2010 Josh Hazlewood (Aus) - Strongly built and tall, he’s the one player who can be tested at the international level right now. His spell in the final was exceptional and his bowling speed was hovering in the mid 140’s. Just like Wayne Parnell, he could find himself playing for Australia soon. Definitely, one of the top bowlers, if not the top bowler of the under 19 world cup. One thing is for sure, Australia has good upcoming talented players. Source :star:

Shane Watson James Hopes I would have liked to seen Nannes been given a go in ODI's or Tait, but im guessing in Nannes case they are looking to the future as he is no spring chicken and they are marking Tait as a T20 specialist, despite having decent ODI bowling figures av~25.28 SR~28.04, he is expensive econ~5.33 but there is no doubt he is a wicket taker.

Gunner_Mania Posted June 11, 2010 Posted June 11, 2010 Strauss & Kieswetter - interesting opening pair. I am not sure how Yardy is going to fit into this. Strauss in all honesty with an average of 32 and a S/r of 60+ is not an ODI opener.
