Guest Hiten.
Holland matched Spain's defense for defense and attack for attack but that ONE red card proved fatal and probably cost Holland the glory. Spain deservedly winners and it's that ****ing man again....Andres Iniesta. Nightmare for not only Chelsea fans but now also for dutchmen :(( :sniffle: He's called best midfielder for a reason Congrats Shanno :good:

He limped off the field after 60mins against Swiss and that was one of the main reasons why Spain even failed to equalize against such a poor team. http://www.indiancricketfans.com/showpost.php?p=1105716&postcount=

Jadoo
Best team won for sure, the Dutch tried their hardest to kick players like Iniesta and co, but failed, they were lucky not to be 2 man down by the second half, that challenge on Alonso was disgraceful!!! Don Sharma
Spain and Germany will dominate Intl and Euro comps for the next ten years or so. Their youth system is so good...something that England and Italy should think about investing in.

Dont want to argue on this. BB replied on this issue Long back. Unless someone who folows club football regularly comes and argues on this topic i'll talk about it. http://indiancricketfans.com/showpost.php?p=1111211&postcount=116 Post which got no reply. :giggle: According to UEFA coefficients La Liga is 2nd ranked League in the world. What is UEFA coefficient? Answer :In European football, the UEFA coefficients are statistics used for ranking and seeding teams in club and international competitions. The coefficients are calculated by UEFA, who administer football within Europe. It uses three different coefficients: The coefficient of the national teams; The coefficient of national leagues; The coefficient of football clubs. League coefficient The league coefficient is used to rank the leagues of Europe, and thus determine the number of clubs from a league that will participate in UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League. The UEFA ranking determines the number of teams competing in the season after the next, not in the first season after the publication of the ranking. Thus, the 2011 ranking determines the allocation in 2012–13, not 2011–12. This coefficient is determined by the results of the clubs of the leagues in UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League games over the past five seasons. Two points are awarded for each win by a club, and one for a draw. Goals scored in extra time do count in determining the outcome of a game, but any penalty kick result does not affect the allocation of points other than the bonus points. The number of points awarded each season is divided by the number of teams that participated for that nation in that season. This number is then truncated after three decimal places (e.g. 2 2/3 will be truncated to 2.667). For the league coefficient the season's league coefficients for the last five seasons must be added up. In the preliminary rounds of both the Champions League and Europa League, the awarded points are halved. Bonus points are allocated for: Qualifying for the Champions League group phase. (4 bonus points) Reaching the second round of the Champions League. (5 bonus points) Reaching the quarter, semi and final of both Champions League and Europa League. (1 bonus point) The bonus points are added to the number of points scored in a season.

coffee_rules
i Was supportin the dutch. Have been dutch fan since Gullit days. Was sorry ti see them lose the third time in the finals. Thought they played , the only they could hold Spain was they they did. If not for Robben's girlish play, they would have made it. With their might, Spain was lucky to get the goal. The only lucky side out there yesterday were the Dutch, who should have had Van Bommel and De Jong sent off, and if that had happened, then the Spanish would have embarrassed them.
