Pity he got out, he was almost certainly aiming for his first triple ton. The match was meanderng meaninglessly, the pitch was flat beauty and the bowlers would be tired as well. Nevertheless, the barrage if runs continue!

This innings was more a test of his patience and wherewithal than anything else. I doubt he would be exceedingly proud of this innings. Personally I think these are the kind of Tests which kill spectator interest. Blame it on the surface and the curator.

jaane de yaar, Sachin does not need to be advertised. His stats don't need backing up. If someone does not like Sachin or does not think he is the greatest ever, just shake your head at his or her ignorance and move on because there is nothing you can do to fix an obstinate fool.

The man is almost playing for two decades and is still the same run machine.
