SachDan Posted August 8, 2010 Posted August 8, 2010 :yay::yay: for "throwing the ball inappropriately" which is a Level 2 offence that carries one match ban! But since Broad is a seeddha-sadha player (according to ICC terms "a player who has not been punished before") all he needs to pay is 50% of his match fee or at the most his full match fee !! ICC :hatsoff:
Tendulkar_Bhai Posted August 8, 2010 Posted August 8, 2010 England/Australia players never get any serious punishments, if it has been sreesanth or bhajji theyd have got a 3 match ban. The BCCI needs to use its power to let the ICC know tht this is not on!
kabira Posted August 8, 2010 Posted August 8, 2010 well he has been warned before, so this time it should be some punishment??
SachDan Posted August 8, 2010 Author Posted August 8, 2010 well he has been warned before' date=' so this time it should be some punishment??[/quote'] Oh come on! He's been punished..50% of his match fee :yay:
DomainK Posted August 8, 2010 Posted August 8, 2010 Thats harsh. Someone call child protection.:call:
Homerus_Unus Posted August 8, 2010 Posted August 8, 2010 50% of his match fee :yay: ..which will go into his daddy-dear's pockets, and hence return to him in due-course. Obviously, I jest. I have no issues with the kid per se, but his dad is a Grade-A pr*ck.
EnterTheVoid Posted August 8, 2010 Posted August 8, 2010 Thats harsh. Someone call child protection.:call: rofl

Zap_Brannigan Posted August 8, 2010 Posted August 8, 2010 WTF?Intentionally throwing the ball at the batsman to hurt him and all he gets is a 50% fine..the fker should be banned Ahh!!Ranjan Madagulle is the match referee..that explains it.
suraj Posted August 9, 2010 Posted August 9, 2010 Latest update from BBC: "Stuart Board's fine has been reversed after he explained that he was returning the ball to the wicket keeper. ICC apologised to Board after realizing that it never clarified in its laws that the bowler cannot return the ball to the opposing wicketkeeper and promised it will work with English & Australian players to clarify its laws better and make them clear for the English speaking countries".
Jersey #10 Posted August 9, 2010 Posted August 9, 2010 It's Zulqarnain Haider's fault and he should be penalized for his wrong doing. I suggest, one year ban (which would eventually throw him out of Pak cricket)
The Dark Horse Posted August 9, 2010 Posted August 9, 2010 He didnt even care to apologise, arrogant *****
IKnowU Posted August 9, 2010 Posted August 9, 2010 wow He gets away with everything...........:headshake:
