Roshanrocks Posted August 26, 2010 Posted August 26, 2010 so far away... i wonder if sach, dravid, n lax will be around
Parth Posted August 26, 2010 Posted August 26, 2010 Tickets are gonna be soo expensive last time it was £65 for a day at any test match, might aswell go to the tour games lol.
Sachinism Posted August 26, 2010 Author Posted August 26, 2010 Its due to the rubbish bidding policy ECB have. Grounds bid for test matches, they end up paying stupid prices which they need to recover that money which they do buy making the tickets at stupid prices. Knowing its India next year, I have a feeling the tickets will be at their most expensive because they know they'll be able to fill the grounds and Indians will pay
jukkha Posted August 26, 2010 Posted August 26, 2010 Cool, can't wait but 1 year away :( Wonder what sort of team we will be by then? World Cup 2011 Champions etc ;) Edgbaston test and T20 at Old Trafford for me. Keema Parathas and Kingfisher awaits!!! Shame it is not may/june time. This tends to be the best weather in England nowadays...
Zelig Posted August 26, 2010 Posted August 26, 2010 God is yet to shine at the Lord's :hmmm: He'll score his 57th ton on Jul23rd, 2011. You heard it first here :saint:
Gunner_Mania Posted August 26, 2010 Posted August 26, 2010 May be a day for the Edgbaston test, definitely the ODI at Lords.
saneindian Posted August 26, 2010 Posted August 26, 2010 30 days, 4 tests. Does the schedule look too packed? And then 5 ODIs and a t20 in the next 17 days! Will there be any practice match as well? I hope we reach there 2 weeks before the tests and give the team enough time to acclamatise.
ZodiaC Posted August 26, 2010 Posted August 26, 2010 so far away... i wonder if sach, dravid, n lax will be around :sniffle: ...

Serani Posted August 26, 2010 Posted August 26, 2010 Edgbaston test, nice discounted price for me for playing for a club under the warwickshire cricket board hopefully.
cowboysfan Posted August 26, 2010 Posted August 26, 2010 is there a practice match scheduled? .Thankfully the first match is at Lord's so the absence of a practice match might not as disastrous as it could have been.
Serani Posted August 26, 2010 Posted August 26, 2010 Gonna get some tickets close to the action so I can troll Ishant about being so slow.
Kumar Posted August 27, 2010 Posted August 27, 2010 Im very much looking foward to the return to trent bridge 4 years and lets see if Zak still has it in him! I hope gambhir is fit for this series, good to see him in english conditions!
jairamesh Posted July 25, 2012 Posted July 25, 2012 Downfall. And it seems the side and management have hardly moved on to addressing the issues of this tour. If we were are to put out the current India side today at Lords, it would more less crumble in similar fashion. Only Dravid has been the casualty.
