ViruRulez Posted October 13, 2010 Posted October 13, 2010 I only tried Ubuntu once a few years ago and found it deal slow and too buggy (it was a faster version named Xubuntu I suppose) .. might check out the new version though less chance as I already bought genuine Windows OS for all my computers in the last one year or so

Windows 7 is still the best. Dont understand the Macmaniacs and their undying love for overprice Mac. One problem I find with especially *nix OSes is that most software are not compatible with Ubuntu or any other *nix OS. To some extent it is also true for Mac OS. Windows still rules especially after the release of Windows 7. Rock on M$ :yay:

Yeah it's a spin off of ubuntu (I was aware of it, but wasn't quite sure, just checked), but I've always had overheating issues with Mint. Plus loads of extra crap in mint sucks IMO. So I don't see why is Mint>Ubuntu? Why don't stick with ubuntu?

LOL just try it dude. Not at all buggy - never encountered an issue yet with ubuntu.
